More research that supports signs of a recent acceleration of sea-level rise. From whence cometh the motivation?

Are evangelical Christians ready to switch gears? Some sensible effort is coming down from the top, as described in this story, but its effectiveness has yet to be demonstrated. In this case, unfortunately, there is no “pope” to speed things up.
